Food grade Calcium Chloride Powder GA901 which is easy to use simply by adding adding powder to water. Once mixed the solution has an indefinite shelf life.

GAACALSOL- GA 901 -Food grade Calcium Chloride Powder GA901 may be added to processed milk to restore the natural balance between calcium and protein for the purposes of making cheese.  It is added as a solution to the cheese vat process along with starter and rennet during the production of the curd.
