This starter kit contains everything you need to make your own camembert or brie

Kit comprises one each of:

• Flora Danica dvs culture which is not only the base culture for your camembert but makes many other cheese types as well
• rennet stick x 2 - freeze dried dvs calf rennet stick. Each sachet covers app 50+ litres milk
• camembert hoop
• ricotta basket
• penicillin candidium
• cheese wrap
• Camembert, ricotta & haloumi recipes & general tips

The cheese culture will cover between 250 - 500 litres milk and will cover many other cheese type. Sometimes Calcium Chloride is necessary to "firm up" your curd but this is an optional choice and may be purchased separately in powder form
