This starter kit contains everything you need to make your own feta. The large telaggio/feta mold will produce four average sized cheese.
Kit comprises one each of:
- R704 dvs culture which not only makes your feta but also many other cheese types
- rennet stick x 2 - freeze dried dvs calf rennet stick. Each sachet covers app 50+ litres milk
- square feta/telaggio mold H/B/T 20cm
- ricotta basket H/8cm/B/10.4cm/T11.5cm

Your cheese culture will cover 250 - 500 litres milk and will make many other general cheese types
