This starter kit contains everything you need to make your own goat Chèvre cheese in the traditional fashion

Kit comprises one each of:

• Flora Danica dvs culture which not only makes your Chèvre but also many other cheese types
• rennet stick x 2 - freeze dried dvs calf rennet stick. Each sachet covers app 50+ litres milk
• chevre hoop; pyramid hoop
• cheese wrap
• Chèvre, ricotta & haloumi cheese recipes & general tips

Your cheese culture will cover between 250 - 500 litres milk used carefully and make many other general cheese types.  Sometimes Calcium Chloride is necessary to "firm up" your curd but this is an optional choice and may be purchased separately in powder form
