• rennet stick x 2 - freeze dried dvs calf rennet stick. Each sachet covers app 50+ litres milk

Your sachet of Flora Danica will cover app 250 - 500 litres milk used carefully. Sometimes Calcium Chloride is necessary to "firm up" your curd but this is an optional choice and may be purchased separately in powder form
